This data.persee.fr website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and its sub-domains are published by the UMS 3602 Persée, a joint laboratory headed by Mrs Nathalie Fargier and set up by the University of Lyon (UdL), the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the École normale supérieure de Lyon (ENS de Lyon), hereinafter referred to together as “Tutelles”.
The ENS of Lyon having received a mandate from the UdL and the CNRS, regarding the exercise of all their rights and obligations within the framework of the Site.
The ENS de Lyon is a public scientific, cultural and professional institution, whose registered office is located at 15 Parvis René Descartes, 69342 Lyon Cedex 07, represented by its President, Mr Jean-François PINTON, hereinafter referred to as the “ENS de Lyon”.
These general conditions apply to any person accessing the Site and its Services (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “User”).
The Guardians and the User (together the “Parties”) agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter “the T&Cs”, which are accessible on the Site.
Any access to the Site requires prior consultation and acceptance of the T&Cs.
Consequently, the User acknowledges that he/she is fully informed of the fact that his/her agreement regarding the content of these T&CU does not require the handwritten signature of this document, insofar as he/she wishes to access the Site online.
These T&Cs are subject to change. It is therefore understood that the T&Cs applicable to the visit to the Site are those in force on the Site at the time of the visit. The date of publication of these T&CU is the date of entry into force.
Any new visit after the entry into force of new T&Cs is therefore subject to these new T&Cs.
The User has the right to save or edit these T&Cs, it being specified that both the saving and editing of this document are the sole responsibility of the User.
